Your part is a photograph.

You send a bill on WhatsApp when it happens. Everything after that is ours: the entry, the reconciliation, the return, and a qualified person putting their name to it.

What changes for you

Five things, in the order you would notice them
Nothing to learn

The interface is the app already open on your phone. No software to install, no portal to log into, no spreadsheet anyone has to maintain.

Books that are current

Written up as documents arrive rather than reconstructed once a year, so you can ask where you stand mid-month and get an answer.

Credit not quietly lost

Save your ITC. Every supplier filing is checked before the window closes, by a person, so credit is chased while there is still time to fix it.

Invoicing, in the chat

Ask for an invoice in the thread and it goes out compliant and numbered in sequence, recorded on your sales side as it is issued.

Someone accountable

A Professional files your return and tells you what was filed. Not a system running unsupervised.

The number that gets filed is the number your books show.

A return assembled separately from the books, in the last week of the month, is a second set of figures that has to be hoped into agreement. Yours is built from the books themselves and reconciled back to them before anybody reviews it.

That is also why you can ask, at any point, what a figure is made of. A record that holds up: every entry traces to the document behind it and the person who checked it.

Your accountant keeps their place

This is not a page about replacing anybody.

Your accountant keeps the relationship, the advice and the signature on your income-tax return. What they lose is the monthly data-entry that was never the valuable part of their work, and what they gain, whenever they ask for it, is a full export of books that are actually current.

If you would rather they saw this in their own terms, send them the page written for firms.

What you do each month

Send bills and receipts as they happen
Confirm what you invoiced
Answer the occasional question in the thread

What you stop doing

Keeping a folder for the accountant
Chasing suppliers for what they filed
Finding out where you stand only at year end

And if you leave

Your books, trial balance and filing history come out whole, in one action, in a form your next accountant can read.

Where your data lives
