Your records, and who can reach them.

Kept in India

Your documents and your books are stored on servers in India, in AWS's Mumbai region. Reading a document image may briefly involve a model that runs outside India, only with your own, separate consent. Decline it and the service still works: some documents simply take longer, because a person reads them instead.

Isolated

Separation is at the database level, not by application code. One business’s records are not reachable from another’s session.

Append-only

The ledger is added to, never quietly overwritten. A correction is a new entry that says what it corrects.

Traceable

A record that holds up: any figure walks back to the document it came from and the person who checked it. Exceptions carry a recorded reason.

You. Your own records, in full, at any time. They come out whole in one action whenever you ask, in a form your next accountant can read.

The people working on them. Our team of professionals, writing up and reviewing your books. Every action is recorded against the person who took it.

Your own accountant, if you share it. Your books, GST position and filing history export whole, on request, in a form they can read. Nothing is held back.

Nothing is held back to make leaving difficult.

A bookkeeper who can hold your records hostage has leverage over you, and that is a bad basis for the relationship. The books, the trial balance and the filing history export whole, on request, for as long as you are with us and on the day you leave.

What you send us is used to keep your books and to answer you. This website itself is plain static pages: no third-party analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag manager, and no cookie set by us.

Nothing is filed by a system running unsupervised

The engine assembles and reconciles, but our team of professionals reviews and files it. A supplier invoice is never rejected automatically on your behalf. If a judgement has to be made about your books, a person makes it and their name is against it.
