Terms of service
These terms are between you and Dunime Technologies (“we”), the company behind Ledgior. By starting a free trial or paying for a plan you agree to them. Plain language is deliberate; if something is unclear, write to contact@dunime.com.
What Ledgior is
Ledgior is software that keeps the books of a small service business from messages you send on WhatsApp and from the web portal. It is not a firm of Chartered Accountants. It does not give tax or legal advice, and it does not file any return for you. You are responsible for what you send, for checking what is recorded, and for filing your own returns.
Your account
You must be able to enter into a contract in India and give accurate details. You are responsible for your sign-in, for the people you add to your team, and for what they do. Tell us at once if you think your account is being misused.
The free trial
A new customer gets a trial of 3 days with every feature and small limits. To start, you authorise a payment with a card or UPI AutoPay. Cancel before the end of day 3 and nothing is charged. If you do not cancel, your chosen plan starts when the trial ends and is charged to the instrument you authorised. One trial per person; we may refuse a trial where a person has had one before.
Plans and prices
Plans are billed monthly, or yearly at ten months' price. Prices on our pricing page are before 18% GST, which is added. Each plan has monthly limits, for example on documents and invoices. We may change prices or limits for future periods and will tell you before the change reaches you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Your data
Your books are yours. You can download them whenever you like; keeping them is your responsibility, as it is under the law. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy notice.
Using the service properly
Do not use Ledgior to break the law, to send material that is not yours to send, to attempt to reach another customer's records, or to disrupt the service.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any tax outcome. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the period in which the problem arose.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in advance of a material change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
