The free trial

The trial lasts 3 days. Cancel at any time before it ends and nothing is charged. If you start the trial with a card, a Rs 5 charge verifies the card and is refunded. We remind you on day 2, before your plan would begin.

After the trial

If you do not cancel, your plan starts at the end of the trial and is charged to the card or UPI AutoPay mandate you authorised: monthly, or once a year if you chose yearly billing. Prices are before 18% GST, which is added.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to contact@dunime.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You can keep using the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

We do not refund a period that has already begun, whether monthly or yearly. If we charge you in error, or charge you after you cancelled in time, we refund that charge in full. Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from, and your bank decides how long that takes.

Your books after you cancel

Download your books before you cancel. They are yours, and keeping them is your responsibility.
